  • Granulomatous meningioencephalitis (GME), other inflammatory CNS diseases.
  • Indicated as a single agent or as part of combination therapy in the treatment of high grade or metastatic mast cell tumors   Mastocytoma  , epitheliotropic or refractory lymphoma   Lymphoma   and multiple myeloma   Multiple myeloma  .
