  • Cause: unknown.
  • Signs: abdominal pain, vomiting, anorexia, lethargy, pyrexia.
  • Diagnosis: clinical signs, biochemistry, ultrasonography.
  • Treatment: conservative, surgical resection.
  • Prognosis: depending on nature of tumor but always guarded.
