- Cause: extremely rare embryological anomaly (one reported case).
- Ventral midline abdominal wall defect.
- Ventral part of bladder absent.
- Ventral abdomen wall formed by dorsal bladder wall.
- Signs: bladder eversion through ventral abdominal defect, urine dribbling and scalding.
- Diagnosis: physical examination.
- Prognosis: extremely guarded.
