Physical properties

  • Powder (sachets) to be reconstituted.
  • To reconstitute use 15mls sterile water for injection for each 2.36g sachet.
  • Ready to use injectable solution.

Storage requirements

  • Store below 30°C.
  • Ensure sachets are stored in a dry environment.
  • Reconstituted solution should be stored in a fridge and protected from light. Discard unused product after 15 days.
  • Injectable solution should be stored in a cool environment and protected from direct sunlight.

Indications

  • Protozoocide.
  • Therapeutic and / or prophylactic treatment of Trypanosomosis Trypanosomosis caused by Trypanosoma congolense, T. vivax et T. brucei.
  • Therapeutic treatment of Babesiosis Babesiosis caused by Babesia bovis, & B. bigemina.
  • Theileriosis Theileriosis caused by Theileria annulata.
  • Mixed hemoprotozoal infections.
  • Pyrexia of unknown origin.
May not completely eradicate parasite.
