Introduction
- Uncommon, invasive malignant tumor of epithelium.
- Signs:
- Ulcerated, locally destructive, slow-growing and usually inflamed.
- May be actinic in non-pigmented skin.
- Biological behavior of SCC in digits is malignant in a large number of cases (~30%).
